The dark theme Bloodred has some built-in features.
They are described at the about-page also.

First the main navi in the header are mostly links to the section(s) at the bottom of the page. Nice mouse-over-effects -especially for the huge feed-button make the header very individual.

Also the design isn’t usual, but clear. The first three posts always show the excerpt, the following (as much as You want in the admin) posts show only the title. On click at the +-Symbol after the heading a nice little AJAX-effect shows You the excerpt of these posts, too. Search enignes see all excerpts, becaus it’s hidden only by JavaScript. All this works out-of-the-box.

The main navi with nice, decent hover-effects in modern browsers is always at the bottom. These lines are widget-ready by the way.
